Orders and Payments

• All sales are final for prints, digital downloads, and touch-up services.
• Prices and products may vary by event and are subject to change.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details.
• Prepay or cash orders are also final once recorded.

Delivery and Pickup

• Typical print delivery is 2-3 weeks.
• Orders placed during the school's pickup window are delivered to the school; pickup and distribution are coordinated through the school.
• Orders placed after the pickup window are shipped to the address given at checkout, and a shipping charge applies.
• Digital items are delivered as soon as they are ready.
• Once an order has been delivered to the school or handed to the shipping carrier, it is out of our hands, but if anything goes wrong, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Use of Photos

• Photos and digital downloads are for personal use only.
• Commercial use, resale, or redistribution is not permitted without written consent.

Accounts and Access Codes

Access to galleries is provided through picture codes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access code and for any activity under it.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
